Teaching in Islamic Studies subject began in 1981-1982 session under the DEPARTMENT OF ARABIC AND ISLAMIC STUDIES. Then on an independent one. From the very beginning this depertment has been B.A. Hons, M.A, M. Phil & Ph.D cources properly. In this depertment lesson in various important subjects relating to practical life including Quran, Hadith, Tafsir, Economics, Political Science, Philosophy, History, English, Banking, Insurance, Comparative Religion, Ethics, Bangladesh Studies, Computer Learning, Modern Muslim World, Islamic Civiligation, and Culture. So, reading in ISLAMIC STUDIES is the demand of the day for the development of skilled human resources in government and non-government fields of Bangladesh.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
